These draft terms govern use of Fieldetti, a tool for recording contractor change requests and customer decisions. Fieldetti records the decisions submitted through its approval links together with the exact request version shown. Fieldetti does not provide legal advice, does not guarantee contract enforceability, does not guarantee payment collection, and is not a certified electronic-signature service. Possession of an approval link does not by itself establish a responder's legal identity or authority to approve a change; businesses remain responsible for their own contracts and for confirming that a responder may approve work. Accounts must be used lawfully; plan limits apply. DRAFT - pending legal review before publication.
