Fieldetti stores the minimum data needed to run the approval workflow: account details, customer contact details you enter, job and change-request records, decisions with timestamps and content digests, notification logs, and audit events. Approval tokens are stored only as cryptographic hashes. We do not sell personal data. Email delivery, when enabled by the account owner, is handled by the configured transactional provider.
