Data Retention Policy

Decision and audit records are retained while an organization account is active because they are the operational record of customer decisions. Organizations may request export of approved-change records (CSV) at any time. Deletion requests are handled by the operator; provider backups may retain copies for that provider's backup window and cannot be purged by the application.
